But I think you’re referring to the Canadian model Rick Genest, also known as “Rico” or “Zombie Boy.” He’s a famous model with extreme facial tattoos and has worked with Lady Gaga and various fashion houses including Mugler. Mugler is run by Nicola Formachetti who is another Lady Gaga associate. Genest is his muse, and the tattoos are all real.
